Rules and Regulation of Education

No political participation in college campus
Application should be addressed to the Director/Principal by Regd. Post or personally with other testimonials.
The total anam fee must be paid at the time of commencement of admission.
The candidates for admission must produce the ORIGINAL certificates and mark-sheets of the examinations passed with application for admission along with a certificate of good moral conduct.
The principal will be sole authority for admission and is decision will be final in the mater of selection for admission.
Selection amongst the candidates will be done by oral or written test on payment of a fee as notified by the principal.
The admission of any candidate may be cancelled if requisite particulars found to be unsatisfactory.
No refund sums will be made paid in the college and no cancellation of admission will be considered if application is made after the expiry of date of admission.
Any type of fees has once paid will not be refunded or adjusted.
The exam fees and other charges are to be paid on the date fixed by the college. Students failing to pay their fees on the scheduled date will have to pay a default fine Rs.100/- per day till the date of payment.
The name of the student will be struck off from the list in case of failing to pay the fees till ten days after the schedule date and he will be readmitted by payment of readmission fees and other dues.
Political activities are strictly prohibited within the college, hospital or hostel premises.
Students will be liable to disciplinary action or expulsion from the college, if any reference made by them in their application forms, is found false.
Punishment will be given by the Director/Principal according to the nature of offence, consisting of extra duty fine and suspension of leave etc., or lastly expulsion from the college for the remaining period of the session.
Test examination will be held before one month of the commencement of the annual examination. The date will be fixed by the college.
The body of the college reserves the right to make any change, addition or alteration in the rules and regulations, and all such changes shall be binding on all concerned.
Attendance
Minimum 75% Attendance is compulsory in each subject, for Regular candidates to take up the Final examination marks.
Internal Exam
20 marks out of 50 marks of Regular course will be held by the colleges after every year separately for theory and practical subjects. These marks will be included with the annual examination marks.
Annual Exam
40 marks out of 100 marks for Regular B.E.M.S. Course will be held by the college in the month of March every year through N.E.H.M. of India.
Pass Marks
Minimum 40% marks for B.E.M.S. Course including the internal exam marks separately in theory and practical subjects.
Carry Over
Being on N.E.H.M. of India Central Board subjects can be carried over to the next higher class upto final year exam. However re-exam fee will be charged accordingly.
Revaluation
Candidates can apply for revaluation with in 60 days from the date of declaration of their results failing which no revaluation will be done as the answer booklets will be disposed off. The revaluation fee Rs.200/- separately for each subject.
